COUNSELLING
Each of us face a variety of problems within our lives. Sometimes
our problems are unbearable and they can affect our happiness, our
relationships, performance at work and our health. When this occurs
we often need support in resolving them. This is where counselling
can help. Our aim is to help clients find their own solutions.
We provide a comprehensive, skilled counselling and psychotherapy
service, committed to the highest degree of ethical practice and
care for our clients. Full confidentiality is guaranteed.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY.
Counselling tends to be relatively short term and focus on current
personal difficulties, while psychotherapy is a longer process which
helps people to understand the deeper roots of their present
circumstances.
