The process

The sessions are generally structured as follows:

o You facilitate the coach in building a profile of you to determine coaching readiness. If you are coachable and ready;
o Your coach will prompt you to engage in active goal setting;
o Together you and your coach will devise strategies for achieving these goals;
o You will get lots of support on how to stay focussed and motivated during the process;
o You and the coach will conduct regular reviews to enable you to see just how brilliantly you are progressing;
